Always buy fresh flour (be it millet flour or any other grain). Flour gets stale quickly, so generally it is advised to consume flour within 5-7 days from the day it is ground. It is convenient to buy ready-made flours but at times flours are produced few days in advance there after it takes few days to reach your location so either you order small quantities, or it is best if you make flour at home using millet grains. हमेशा ताजा आटा खरीदें (मिलेट का आटा या कोई अन्य अनाज हो)। आटा जल्दी से बासी हो जाता है, इसलिए आमतौर पर एक बार पीसने के बाद्द 5-7 दिनों के भीतर ही आटे को इस्तेमाल कर लेना चाहिए । तैयार आटे को खरीदना सुविधाजनक है, लेकिन कई बार आटे को कुछ दिन पहले ही पीस लिया जाता है, और फिर आपके स्थान तक पहुंचने में कुछ दिन लगते हैं इसलिए या तो आप थोड़ी मात्रा में ऑर्डर करें, या यह सबसे अच्छा है अगर आप मिलेट के दानों से घर पर ही आटा तैयार करें।
